A School Aid coordinator will book you a 2 week Disaster Plaster campaign and ensure that no other school in your area is running a Disaster Plaster campaign around the dates you want.
Complete online Sign Up Form.
Meet the School Aid coordinator to discuss:
- Number of students participating.
- Appropriate prizes.
- Delivery date and location to store Disaster Plasters.
- Labeling the packs.
- A date to explain Disaster Plasters with students and motivate with prizes.
Send out first 2 letters Anouncing Our Fundraiser and then Our Fundraiser Is Starting advising of the start of the campaign.
Send Disaster Plaster packs home with students. Each pack contains a printed envelope explaining how the campaign works and giving ideas on how to make selling the plasters easy.
Send out third letter Our Fundraiser Is Finishing.
Collect and tally up all monies and unsold Disaster Plasters.
Award prizes once campaign is tallied up.
Once your campaign is finished contact your School Aid coordinator to advise them of sales and to organise collection of unsold Disaster Plasters.
Send out the Big Thank You letter.
